If you need us to provide you with remote support, then please click on the following and follow the instructions below:

Instructions:

1. Click on the link above
2. When prompted to Run or Save, select Run:
   
3. When prompted to Run or Don't Run , select Run:
   
4. When prompted, enter the Session ID provided to you by our support technician (the dashes will be added automatically) & your name:
   
5. Once you have joined the session, you will see a blank, blue window. Our support technician will then make you the presenter, meaning they can see your screen - you will be prompted to authorise this - then they will request remote control, so that both you & they can use the mouse & keyboard.
